This form is the first stage in our Pre-qualification/Registration process. This form allows us to review a brief profile of your Company to determine whether the goods and or services you provide align with our current Organizational requirements.

Please fill out the form, giving as much detail as possible, to request access to the full Pre-qualification/Registration package. Upon completion of the form you will receive an automated e-mail confirming that your submission was successful. If for some reason the confirmation was not received please check your junk mail folder. If there is no confirmation in your junk mail folder please verify that the e-mail address used was correctly stated.

If your Company has not been contacted by PPGPL within one month of requesting access to the site, this signifies that PPGPL does not currently require your goods and or services.

Please note that your Company’s profile will be stored in PPGPL’s secure database and failure to receive an initial response does not preclude PPGPL from contacting your company in the future.

PPGPL reserves the right to register Companies deemed suitable to meet its current Organizational requirements and is not bound to register any Company applying for Pre-qualification/Registration.
