The Applicant is asked to provide the requested information in as much detail as possible. All information will be treated in strictest confidence and will not be shared with any third party. Failure to provide same would result in the inability to process.

In circumstances where the space provided within the Questionnaire is found to be inadequate, the Applicant is asked to develop schedules in the format indicated and attach same.

The Applicant must be a registered / incorporated business entity under the Laws of their country of origin e.g. Sole Proprietor, Limited Liability Company etc.

Applicants who successfully gain pre-qualified status under the terms of reference of this pre-qualification exercise will be advised in writing.

It is the responsibility of the Applicant to inform PPGPL of any change of address, contact information or other material and relevant information.

PPGPL reserves the sole right to register Applicants deemed suitable to meet its contractual requirements and is not bound to register any Applicant applying for pre-qualification/registration in accordance with this application.
